Senior Golang Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and execute new product features and APIs.

• Create integrations with external data sources.

• Enhance the proportion of Golang services.

• Optimize performance and scalability through techniques like query optimization and sharding.

• Integrate services throughout the Group-IB product ecosystem.

• Develop and sustain internal platforms utilized by various teams.

• Take ownership of features from start to finish, including clarifying requirements, writing tested code, deploying, monitoring performance, and maintaining production systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Golang.

• Strong sense of ownership coupled with a product-oriented mindset.

• Solid understanding of SQL and experience with PostgreSQL or a similar database.

• Proficient in working within Linux environments.

• Proven experience in developing production-grade systems and APIs.

• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or above.

• Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, S3, or Cassandra.

• Experience with Redis or comparable in-memory storage solutions.

• Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS.

• Experience with high-load or distributed systems.

• Skills in observability, including metrics, logs, alerts, and traces.
