Senior Golang Developer, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create, enhance, and sustain backend services and platform components using Go for our AI platform.

• Quickly iterate and roll out new features that support AI-driven products and internal tools.

• Develop scalable and dependable backend services with Go.

• Design and execute APIs and integrations between services and external systems.

• Define and architect AI solution frameworks and guide their implementation alongside the engineering team.

• Build and manage AI agents and workflows utilizing LLM models and external tools.

• Contribute architectural insights and recommend practical technical solutions.

• Design systems with clear failure modes and an emphasis on debuggability.

• Engage actively in code reviews to uphold high engineering standards.

• Work closely with the Product Owner to transition features from concept to production.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI and incorporate emerging technologies that offer tangible benefits.

• Assist in the development of frontend applications as needed, in collaboration with the broader team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong backend development expertise in Go.

• Experience in developing backend or platform systems in live environments.

• Comprehensive understanding of software architecture and system design.

• Experience in creating systems with high scalability, availability, and reliability standards.

• Practical knowledge of observability tools and practices (metrics, logs, tracing, alerting).

• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLM APIs, or AI-driven workflows.

• Proficient in utilizing modern AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from concept through to production.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive attitude.

• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
