This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• You will be responsible for designing and deploying AI agents and automated workflows that enhance our revenue processes. Specifically:
• Develop lead enrichment agents utilizing Clay, Claygents, ZoomInfo, and Snowflake to transform raw inbound and outbound lists into prioritized, contextual leads that our new logo sales leaders are eager to contact.
• Create outbound personalization agents that draft initial cold outreach messages based on the prospect’s role, recent activities, and our positioning, allowing new logo sales leaders to focus on strategic judgment rather than empty pages.
• Implement AI-assisted research workflows for New Logo Sales Leaders that generate meeting preparations, account briefs, and call summaries in minutes, significantly reducing time from hours.
• Establish pipeline pattern detection agents that analyze our deal data in Snowflake to identify stalled deals, churn risks, and acceleration opportunities for AEs and managers in real time.
• Provide agentic deal review and forecasting support that aids managers in identifying genuine opportunities, potential slips, and coaching points before each forecasting call.
• Ensure Salesforce and Pardot integrations effectively connect all the above functionalities to the systems currently utilized by the team, ensuring smooth data flows back to Snowflake and BI.
• 6 to 9 years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth, product, or a similar B2B technical role.
• Proven hands-on experience in building AI workflows or agents that address genuine business challenges. Proficient in working with Claude or similar models, skilled in writing and refining prompts, and adept at integrating agents with tools and data.
• Proficient in SQL. Capable of writing your own queries against Snowflake or similar data warehouses to assess the impact of your projects.
• Experience with integrations across CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Pardot or equivalent), and a contemporary GTM stack. Ability to read API documentation, design integrations, and manage them from start to finish.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities. Able to transition from a broad business issue to a functional solution and iterate based on data insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will be collaborating directly with sales, marketing, and the CRO.
• Remote-first work environment
• Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance options available from day one.
• 401K plan with matching contributions and immediate vesting.
• 17 company holidays, 2 floating holidays, plus a competitive paid time off policy.
• Opportunities for internal advancement.
