Senior Global Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of international Hot & Cold piping solutions from inception to execution, including idea generation, innovation roadmap, strategic projects, lifecycle management, documentation, commercial support, and training.

• Formulate and implement the global product and segment strategy.

• Oversee and enhance the Hot & Cold piping portfolio and its value propositions.

• Manage the lifecycle and performance of the Manholes and Inspection Chambers portfolio.

• Identify avenues for new business opportunities and innovative solutions.

• Synthesize cross-regional requirements into clear product specifications.

• Spearhead innovation projects, fostering alignment among cross-functional and multicultural teams.

• Organize new product launch initiatives and ensure readiness for market introduction.

• Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and potential risks.

• Equip the sales team with tools, content, insights, and training to enhance effectiveness.

• Ensure adherence to global standards and certifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in strategic product management, preferably within Hot & Cold piping, HVAC, or Heat Transfer sectors.

• Proven experience as an inclusive collaborator in a large, international, matrix-driven organization.

• Experience in multicultural settings and the ability to work efficiently in a truly global environment.

• Proficiency in analyzing market demands, customer value, and product lifecycle to inform decision-making.

• Background in solution-based selling and project-oriented environments.

• Excellent presentation and communication capabilities.

• Technical aptitude and comfort in collaborating with engineering teams.

• Strong analytical and planning abilities.

• Fluent in English is mandatory.

• Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
