This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of comprehensive marketing for the Mobile CT business unit globally, crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans that enhance revenue growth, market share, and brand visibility across all targeted markets and regions.
• Continuously analyze and research the global market landscape, competition, customer requirements, and opportunities in the USA, Europe, and other international markets, assessing new geographies and segments for growth potential.
• Lead the development of standard marketing materials for new product introductions (NPIs), including launch kits, product collateral, sales tools, clinical evidence summaries, and promotional content; oversee go-to-market strategies that encompass positioning, pricing strategy, naming, and launch sequencing across regions.
• Define and consistently refine product positioning and messaging in response to market dynamics, competitive insights, and customer feedback, ensuring uniform and precise messaging across all markets and channels.
• Create and manage a comprehensive content strategy and content calendar, producing deliverables in various formats (white papers, case studies, videos, infographics, webinars, social media, email) aligned with buyer journey stages and target personas.
• Monitor and assess the global competitive landscape, identifying strengths and weaknesses to guide marketing strategy, and develop competitive battlecards and positioning responses.
• Lead the localization of marketing content and campaigns for regional markets in the USA, Europe, and other areas, tailoring messaging, materials, and tactics to meet local market needs, regulations, and cultural contexts.
• Develop and maintain marketing packets for channel partners, including co-branded materials, partner sales tools, enablement guides, and frameworks for joint marketing campaigns to support indirect sales channels.
• Create comprehensive sales enablement tools, including objection-handling guides, ROI calculators, presentation decks, and training content for both direct and indirect sales teams globally; support digital campaigns, social media strategies, and promotional initiatives both internally and externally.
• Oversee the content strategy and execution for the CT portfolio's website, including product pages, landing pages, SEO optimization, and digital campaign landing pages in collaboration with the web team.
• Source, brief, and manage external agencies and creative vendors; identify key global tradeshows and events, lead the strategy and vision for each event, and coordinate with the Tradeshow team on planning and execution.
• Collaborate across imaging modalities to contribute to and implement shared 'ology' marketing initiatives, leveraging cross-portfolio synergies to enhance brand positioning and expand market reach.
• Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to generate demand, support pipeline development, and increase global market penetration.
• Manage and monitor the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient and accountable allocation of resources across programs, channels, and regions.
• Collaborate effectively across all business functions, including Product Management, Regulatory, Corporate Accounts, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred; a degree in engineering or science is a plus.
• An MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in medical imaging or healthcare technology.
• Proven experience managing the complete marketing mix for a business unit or product portfolio, including NPI launches, content creation, integrated campaigns, sales enablement, channel marketing, and digital/web marketing.
• Experience overseeing external agencies and creative vendors, including briefing, project management, and quality review of their deliverables.
• Experience in developing and localizing marketing content for various global markets; familiarity with regional regulatory and cultural considerations in the USA and Europe.
• Knowledge of competitive dynamics within the healthcare industry; experience in developing channel partner marketing programs, co-marketing materials, and partner enablement tools.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram), CMS/website management, email marketing, and marketing automation; understanding of SEO/SEM principles.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and with external stakeholders, including customers, KOLs, and partners.
