This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design, assess, and oversee global compensation initiatives, policies, and frameworks.
• Establish and uphold governance, standards, and guidelines.
• Contribute to the creation of global salary structures, incentive programs, and job architecture.
• Lead global benchmarking and market analysis utilizing Radford and other resources.
• Develop and sustain enterprise-level compensation models (merit cycles, bonus funding).
• Define process frameworks, timelines, and governance for global compensation cycles.
• Promote continuous enhancement of compensation processes, tools, and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience in compensation and total rewards.
• Proven experience within a Total Rewards or Compensation Center of Excellence model.
• Strong understanding of global compensation across various regions.
• Experience with Radford or comparable market data sources.
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills are essential.
• Familiarity with HRIS and compensation planning tools (e.g., UKG, HRSoft).
