This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from the conclusion of Phase II through to launch, aiming to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Propel initiatives across the organization to bring prostate cancer therapeutics to market and enhance their effectiveness.
• Convert business and portfolio strategies into a cohesive product strategy.
• Lead the cross-functional planning for market launches in each territory where the asset marketing application is filed, approved, and ready for commercialization.
• Offer insights and assistance in developing and onboarding key vendors to manage high-priority commercial projects as designated by the global product leadership team.
• Support and critically evaluate overall product COGs, global forecasts, and NPV analysis.
• Gather and manage market research, market access, and competitive intelligence pertinent to the asset product.
• Assess product functionality and steer future product development.
• Formulate the global cross-functional plan, including forward-looking budget commitments and a business case for the total addressable market.
• Provide market insights to both internal and external stakeholders regarding the product and therapy area.
• Manage the monthly product roadmap, encompassing the planning, organization, and execution of all activities related to the asset product.
• Facilitate coordination and delivery across all functional relationships, including clinical, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, quality, and medical affairs.
• Ensure a seamless transition from the Phase II team to the Phase III team leading up to launch.
• Support and drive all activities associated with Phase III trials.
• Oversee end-to-end project management activities, including communication, timelines, budget management, and reporting.
• Monitor and respond to risks and opportunities, escalating issues as necessary.
• A background in marketing or business within the life sciences sector.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, particularly in oncology.
• Experience in prostate cancer treatment and radiotherapeutics is advantageous.
• A proven history of developing launch strategies and managing pre-launch activities to enhance revenue and profits.
• Proficiency in conducting competitive environment analyses and understanding market segments and customer needs to translate them into clear marketing requirements.
• Ability to formulate business case justifications for new products and enhancements to the product portfolio.
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience in delivering well-defined product marketing strategies.
• Outstanding writing and editing abilities, complemented by strong presentation and public speaking skills.
