This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Conducts business diagnostics and formulates strategic plans for key accounts.
• Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s offerings, products, and technologies.
• Identifies growth opportunities within the designated territory for network providers, linking them with enterprise solutions.
• Serves as a connector between cross-functional sales teams to facilitate growth objectives.
• Engages in strategic consultations with clients to develop and execute tailored business solutions for practices.
• Aligns business plan goals with programs, initiatives, and service offerings.
• Fosters and nurtures robust business relationships with clients and cross-functional business partners.
• Introduces new technologies to the account base to support the business strategy and retail focus for clients.
• Tracks customer performance to ensure desired growth outcomes.
• Develops and enacts actionable sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue while ensuring account sustainability and long-term success.
• Promotes and sells products and services to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Presents data insights and benchmarking, including Premier performance analytics, to equip clients with tools for enhancing overall practice outcomes.
• Keeps up-to-date with both new and existing products/services to provide accurate information and options to customers.
• Guides and supports clients in making business decisions and managing practice strategies.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of all business practices within the account.
• Proactively seeks and retains knowledge of the competitive landscape.
• Delivers clear and consistent marketing messages to the account.
• Shares current marketing insights to enhance practice revenue.
• Manages multiple priorities to achieve desired results.
• Acts as an impartial liaison between the company and clients to ensure service levels and expectations are met with appropriate and effective solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of eight years of direct outside sales, account management, business development, or client relationship experience, ideally within the optical industry.
• Advanced skills in written and verbal communication, influencing, and problem-solving.
• Proven professionalism and leadership in handling controversial and conflict situations.
• Ability to balance customer needs with corporate goals effectively.
• Demonstrated skill in building relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.
• Proven capability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and engage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to drive results through informal authority, acting as a consultant to key business partners, and representing users and customers in all interactions.
• Strong attention to detail, as well as organizational and customer service skills; excellent presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving goals with major account responsibilities.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to set and accomplish objectives.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strategic skills to support visioning work, planning, and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel at least 80% of the time.
• Must have a clean DMV record.
• Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in job performance.
• Must reside in Arkansas, Louisiana, or Texas.
• Eligible for bonuses and commissions.
