Senior Global Benefits Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global benefits strategy to ensure competitive offerings.

• Conduct utilization and cost analyses related to healthcare expenditures.

• Collaborate with brokers and vendors to secure competitive renewals.

• Enhance the management of leave of absence and accommodation processes.

• Spearhead global open enrollment strategies along with communication initiatives.

• Work in conjunction with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in benefits management within international technology firms.

• Demonstrated capability in overseeing multi-million dollar benefits budgets.

• In-depth expertise across markets in the US, Canada, Europe, India, and Pakistan.

• Strong analytical proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.

• Preferred certification as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or progress towards it.
