Senior Geospatial Reasoning Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assess outputs generated by AI

• Detect analytical shortcomings

• Create metrics and testing scenarios to enhance model comprehension and predictive precision

• Analyze geospatial situations

• Confirm model results

• Establish and enhance reasoning frameworks

• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance data-driven assessments

• Contribute to the development and evaluation of a geospatial reasoning agent aimed at crisis response

⛳️ Requirements

• Skilled geospatial expert

• Extensive background in geospatial analysis, crisis response, or related fields such as damage assessment, agriculture, site selection, supply chain optimization, or forecasting

• Professional experience in geospatial analysis, GIS systems, or spatial modeling within sectors like crisis management, logistics, or environmental planning

• Preferred proficiency in geospatial tools and libraries (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS, GDAL, PostGIS)

• Strong analytical reasoning abilities

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Capability to articulate complex spatial relationships effectively
