Senior GenAI Product Manager – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Become a part of Netguru, a reputable firm in digital commerce, and oversee the development of GenAI products.

• Work alongside a variety of brands on multiple projects spanning different industries.

• Apply Agile methodologies to ensure the success of projects.

• Interact with stakeholders and lead workshops focused on product strategy and development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role.

• Proven experience in leading AI, ML, or GenAI initiatives.

• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, AI copilots / AI assistants, and API AI integrations.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience in managing product backlog and user stories; understanding of digital and solutions architecture and integrations.

• Strong analytical and strategic capabilities.

• Experience in stakeholder management.

• Proven ability to facilitate workshops.

• Proficiency in English and Polish at B2/C1 level.
