Senior Game Producer, Pitch Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the pitching process by collaborating closely with the sales team to grasp the agenda and client requirements for each project.

• Manage and coordinate the internal team of subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of high-quality results.

• Conduct estimations and resource planning to assign the necessary team members and resources for each pitch.

• Streamline and optimize the internal processes to guarantee smooth workflows, clear communication, and efficient task management.

• Analyze and assess the pitching process, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Maintain the quality of deliverables by offering guidance, feedback, and quality control measures throughout the pitching process.

• Work alongside the business development team, providing support and expertise during client calls and presentations.

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform the pitching process and maintain a competitive advantage.

• Continuously refine the pitching process, methodologies, and deliverables based on feedback, market insights, and client interactions.

• Present pitches to clients in a professional and thorough manner, effectively conveying the value proposition of our services and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in game production or a related role, with extensive experience in sales and client management.

• In-depth knowledge of the game development industry, including trends, market dynamics, and client expectations.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting estimations, resource planning, and organizing internal processes.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the capability to comprehend client agendas and requirements.

• Excellent project management skills, able to effectively manage teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and maintain robust client relationships.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, focused on delivering high-quality solutions.

• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
