Senior Game Producer – Casual Games

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the game.

• Prioritize features based on their impact on Lifetime Value (LTV).

• Lead and mentor a small, agile team.

• Utilize data from Business Intelligence (BI) and User Acquisition (UA) to enhance engagement, retention, and monetization.

• Oversee LiveOps, events, and the in-game economy.

• Implement agile and lean development methodologies.

• Stay informed about Facebook Instant games.

• Proactively address and solve challenges.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Studio.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Game Production or Product Management within the F2P mobile sector.

• Proven experience in managing live casual games.

• Strong understanding of In-App Purchase (IAP) monetization and retention strategies.

• Familiarity with User Acquisition (UA) metrics and strategies.

• Data-driven, analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.

• Comfortable collaborating with remote teams.

• Exceptional communication skills in English.

• Located in the CET Zone +/- 2 hours.
