Senior Functional SAP Payroll Support Consultant, Flemish/Dutch or French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Document and implement the overall setup of the payroll architecture.

• Facilitate workshops and convert local legal requirements into SAP functionalities.

• Coordinate, assist, and supervise data mapping, cleansing, and transformation activities.

• Collaborate with technical teams to establish integration requirements and conduct client-facing architecture workshops.

• Perform thorough internal testing and regression analysis before client User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Support the sales and account management teams in scoping, solution design, and effort estimation for new projects and complex change requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated techno-functional SAP HCM consulting experience in the Belgian market (Cloud or On-Premise), preferably within high-volume or multi-legal-entity environments.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Belgian payroll and tax regulations, including mandatory year-end obligations (FinProf, Belcotax, BOW reporting, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to convert intricate HR workflows into efficient SAP configurations.

• Professional proficiency in Flemish, French, or Dutch, along with strong professional English communication abilities.

• Experience with or a keen interest in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules.

• Must reside in Europe with valid, permanent work authorization (visa sponsorship is not available).
