Senior Functional Leader, Engineering, Configuration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the leadership of Global Engineering and Services ITR to establish and formalize comprehensive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and configuration management processes along with system designs.

• Spearhead the company-wide migration and integration of PLM and Service Bill of Material (SBOM) functionalities within ERP systems, while shaping PLM design for the upcoming Services Lifecycle Management strategy.

• Design and implement the integration strategy between PLM, outage planning platforms, and ERP systems.

• Convert high-level business strategies into scalable and measurable process models.

• Serve as the main point of contact between global business stakeholders (including Global Process Excellence, Region ITR, Services Operations Teams, Projects & Engineered Solutions) and IT delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• Over 10 years of experience in cross-functional roles supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Engineering organizations.

• Functional expertise with GEV Applications, including PLM, RealTrack, CPQ, and Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud platforms, as well as ERP-integrated environments (such as Oracle, SAP, or similar).

• Proven track record in leading service, operations, and engineering transformations across various regions.

• Capability to interact with and influence all levels of the customer organization as well as other functions.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to translate business strategy into scalable digital solutions in collaboration with IT.
