Senior Functional Analyst - Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the functional reference for Salesforce in projects and enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Collect, analyze, and detail functional requirements from stakeholders, converting business needs into Salesforce solutions.

• Configure and customize Salesforce (including Flows, Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Permission Sets, etc.).

• Assist in defining the technical solution for projects by participating in discovery meetings and backlog refinement sessions.

• Implement industry best practices and foster an agile culture.

• Contribute to the refinement of user stories by clarifying requirements through inquiries to ensure clarity for all team members.

• Ensure the quality of assigned stories by conducting pre-tests prior to advancing them to the next phase.

• Uphold functional best practices, governance of requirements, and comprehensive documentation.

• Comprehend business processes and develop a clear high-level overview of the key participants (individuals or systems) involved in the solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Salesforce administration (including objects, fields, layouts, permission sets, etc.).

• Experience in creating and maintaining Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Reports/Dashboards.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, relationships, and business processes.

• Proven experience in generating and analyzing reports, dashboards, and KPIs to facilitate decision-making.

• Familiarity with integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) and data connectors.

• Capability to map complex processes and translate them into feasible Salesforce solutions.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in technical English for reading, writing, and engaging in documentation and international meetings.
