Senior Functional Analyst, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather, evaluate, and document functional requirements for AI-based solutions;

• Convert business requirements into detailed specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria;

• Aid in designing user journeys, business rules, and use case scenarios;

• Work collaboratively with product, engineering, UX, and operations teams;

• Engage in delivery validation, functional testing, and approval processes;

• Record processes, workflows, features, and rules related to solutions;

• Assist in managing the backlog and prioritizing requests;

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and AI-enhanced experiences;

• Contribute to the ongoing development of solutions in production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with LLMs, chatbots, or intelligent agents;

• Understanding of conversational flows;

• Proficiency with APIs, automation, and integrations;

• Experience in AI testing and response evaluation;

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Figma;

• Background in agile methodologies;

• Knowledge of cloud platforms including Google Cloud and Azure;

• Familiarity with Databricks.
