Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Websites

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy pages, components, and layouts utilizing React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS within a Next.js framework.

• Create and deploy RESTful APIs utilized across developer portals, integrating custom services with various Tether departments.

• Set up Payload CMS collections, custom fields, and access control for documentation and website content.

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces in accordance with the established design system.

• Collaborate on information architecture and navigation patterns tailored for developer audiences across multiple products.

• Implement monitoring, logging, and telemetry solutions to guarantee high availability and performance of the platform services.

• Optimize for Core Web Vitals and enhance search engine visibility.

• Work closely with the product/DX lead, designers, and engineers across different departments to ensure seamless delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development.

• Strong expertise in React 19 and the modern React ecosystem (Server Components, Suspense, hooks).

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript 5.x across both frontend and backend.

• Strong proficiency with Tailwind CSS 4.x.

• Experience with Next.js (App Router, server actions, ISR/SSG).

• Experience with Payload CMS 3.x, including defining collections, custom fields, access control, and hooks.

• Experience in Node.js backend development and REST API design.

• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting and communicate effectively across time zones.

• Experience with MongoDB.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar).
