Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Create, develop, and sustain fullstack software solutions that utilize advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence to address complex client challenges with accuracy and creativity.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams — including product, design, and operations — to convert business requirements into elegant, scalable, and high-performing systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, with a robust foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in building and maintaining scalable fullstack applications using contemporary frameworks and technologies (e.g., Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, React/Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript).

• Demonstrated capability to architect, develop, and deliver complex software solutions from inception to completion.

• In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architecture best practices (including SOLID, DDD, and clean architecture).

• A strong emphasis on maintainable, testable, and efficient code.

• Practical experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Familiarity with setting up CI/CD pipelines and implementing DevOps practices for seamless deployments.

• A solid understanding of data analytics and AI integration concepts, with the capability to design and construct data-driven products utilizing modern ML or analytics frameworks.

• Comfortable operating in Agile environments, closely collaborating with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers.

• Proven history of taking initiative, driving projects, and mentoring junior developers.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex challenges and offer innovative, practical solutions.

• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and event-driven systems.
