Senior Fullstack Engineer – Cross-platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance a cross-platform ecosystem encompassing mobile, web, BFF, and infrastructure layers through an AI-first, agentic development methodology.

• Create scalable foundations for health and fitness applications utilizing React Native and contemporary web technologies.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to swiftly convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions and experiments.

• Design and continually refine AI-agentic workflows throughout the entire development lifecycle to boost team productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.

• Establish shared platform capabilities, internal tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-supported workflows that enhance development efficiency and product quality.

• Engage in native mobile integrations and sophisticated media experiences, such as video playback, streaming, and HLS-based solutions.

• Contribute to modular architecture, reusable systems, backend-driven UI solutions, and white-label application functionalities.

• Create dependable and scalable integrations between frontend clients, BFF services, and platform infrastructure.

• Take part in architecture discussions, code reviews, documentation, and the ongoing improvement of engineering workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience with React Native and modern TypeScript-based application development.

• Comprehensive understanding of full-stack architecture, including mobile, web, BFF, and cloud/infrastructure components.

• Proven experience in building scalable cross-platform systems and shared application foundations.

• Profound knowledge of software architecture, modular systems, scalability, and performance enhancement.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and modern developer workflows.

• Strong engineering mindset with a focus on maintainability, reliability, testability, and rapid iteration.

• Comfortable operating in AI-assisted or agentic development environments and quickly adapting to new AI-driven workflows.

• Experience with backend-driven UI architectures.
