Senior FullStack Engineer, C#/React - Ecommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native SaaS applications.

• Build and enhance backend services utilizing C# and .NET Core.

• Create modern frontend applications using React.

• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to enhance application functionality and scalability.

• Implement, optimize, and sustain AWS-based cloud infrastructure.

• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Engage in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

• Mentor junior engineers and advocate for engineering best practices.

• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

• Enhance system performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

• Support modernization initiatives and the adoption of cloud-native architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core.

• Proficient in React.

• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

• Background in building and maintaining microservices-based architectures.

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

• Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.

• Experience working with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficient in building and supporting SaaS products.

• Experience with multi-tenant architectures.

• Strong understanding of software design, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

• Knowledge in building serverless applications using AWS Lambda.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queue systems.

• Experience with DevOps tooling and cloud automation.

• Proficient in designing and supporting scalable distributed systems.

• Experience in optimizing application performance and reliability at scale.

• Background in technical mentoring or engineering leadership.

• Experience with large-scale SaaS platforms.
