Senior Fullstack Engineer – Contractual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of new internal software products while addressing complex technical challenges for scale-ups and enterprise organizations.

• Demonstrate expertise in managing large-scale applications and frameworks, coupled with exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.

• Capable of writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code.

• Proficient in resolving complex technical issues.

• Conduct an objective analysis of problem statements and develop unbiased technical solutions prior to coding.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure projects align with business objectives and compliance standards.

• Actively engage in and lead code review processes.

• Exceptional attention to detail is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Proven experience in developing production-grade, high-performance applications utilizing ES2019/ES2020.

• Demonstrated ability to translate Figma and Sketch prototypes into pixel-perfect interfaces.

• Strong proficiency in React, Redux, and TypeScript / ReasonML.

• Self-motivated individual capable of thriving with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

• Enthusiastic about tackling challenges related to the development of highly scalable and distributed systems.

• Agile and adaptable to rapidly changing requirements, scopes, and priorities.

• Experience in working with extremely large-scale systems in production settings.
