Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain features within our front-end and back-end systems.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to transform requirements into well-structured, dependable software.

• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code that emphasizes maintainability and long-term quality.

• Engage in code reviews.

• Contribute to architectural decisions by assessing trade-offs and selecting the appropriate tools for the task.

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt throughout the stack.

• Assist in enhancing engineering processes, tooling, and development workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience in building and launching web applications.

• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one major framework (React, Vue, Angular, or similar).

• Understanding of accessibility best practices is a plus.

• Solid experience with server-side languages and frameworks, along with an understanding of RESTful API design.

• Familiarity with at least one of Rust, TypeScript, or Python in a backend context.

• Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and an understanding of NoSQL solutions (e.g., Redis).

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design principles, and software engineering best practices.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

• Proficient in the English language.
