Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable frontend applications utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Take full responsibility for the development of user-facing features, encompassing UX implementation and backend integration.

• Collaborate closely with backend developers and contribute to Python/Django services as necessary.

• Assume complete ownership of product initiatives, from initial discovery through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code, applying modern frontend testing methodologies.

• Partner with Product, Data, and Design teams to create impactful user experiences.

• Ensure optimal performance, accessibility, and usability throughout the frontend.

• Assist in instrumenting the frontend with appropriate events and data signals for analytics and experimentation.

• Engage in architecture discussions and technical reviews, particularly concerning frontend and API design.

• Promote continuous improvement in frontend architecture, tools, and developer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer, primarily focusing on frontend development.

• Advanced expertise in React and TypeScript (or comparable modern frontend frameworks).

• Strong grasp of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization techniques.

• Comfortable working with Python/Django backends — capable of reading, understanding, and contributing when necessary.

• Solid knowledge of software design and testing methodologies.

• Experience in product-driven SaaS environments is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, AWS infrastructure, and modern observability tools.

• A product-oriented engineer who comprehends user needs and designs with impact in mind.
