Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for features from initial concept to deployment across frontend, backend, and everything in between.

• Develop and create scalable APIs, data models, and backend services.

• Construct polished and high-performance user interfaces.

• Work collaboratively with product and design teams to shape the company’s offerings.

• Establish technical standards and contribute to architectural decisions.

• Engage in code reviews and assist in the development of the engineering team.

• Identify and proactively address performance, reliability, and security challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong emphasis on fullstack ownership.

• Proficient in modern frontend and backend technologies, including React and Node.js/TypeScript.

• Proven track record of delivering production-quality software in fast-paced, post-Series A environments.

• Strong instincts for product development and a user-focused mindset.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisive technical choices without a perfectly defined specification.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate trade-offs.

• Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.

• Bonus: experience with AI/LLM-powered products.

• Bonus: background in B2B SaaS or conversational/voice interfaces.

• Bonus: experience in early-stage or high-growth startups.
