Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Python, Java) functionalities;

• Produce clean, testable code that meets quality benchmarks and the definition of done;

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to define and refine requirements;

• Develop and sustain RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures;

• Engage in technical and architectural discussions, proposing scalable solutions;

• Detect, analyze, and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical debt;

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and quality;

• Support the enhancement and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;

• Coordinate technical tasks with parallel teams to ensure alignment and integration;

• Take the initiative to identify technical risks and obstacles;

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fullstack developer in intricate corporate settings;

• Advanced expertise in Angular (component architecture, RxJS, and performance enhancement);

• Strong background in back-end development using Python, including FastAPI and asynchronous programming;

• Intermediate proficiency in Java for maintaining and evolving existing systems;

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines;

• Experience working within agile methodologies alongside multiple teams and dependencies;

• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions (from gathering requirements to deployment);

• Familiarity with agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps);

• Proficient in English for effective communication with clients and international teams.
