This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software for our AI-driven Corporate Governance platform.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and product managers to outline, prioritize, and implement essential features.
• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, from planning and design through to implementation and testing.
• Incorporate machine learning models and other AI tools to enhance governance workflows and introduce innovative functionalities.
• Ensure platform quality and reliability by applying best practices in software development, conducting code reviews, and performing testing.
• Establish and uphold security best practices throughout the application, cloud environment, and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with LegalTech sector standards.
• At least 8 years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• Residency in Germany.
• Demonstrated experience in creating scalable and reliable software utilizing modern technologies and architectures.
• Expertise in our tech stack, which includes React (TypeScript) for the frontend and Node.js with Nest.js and PostgreSQL for the backend.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with automation tools like Github Actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for creative and unconventional thinking.
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to making a significant impact in the legal technology industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effective collaboration in a team setting.
• Experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
