This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ You will create features and architectures for clients in various industries.
β’ You will seamlessly integrate into current teams and take genuine ownership of the technical domain.
β’ You will support the complete development process β from analyzing requirements to going live.
β’ You will provide guidance to founders and team leads as equals β including offering stability during challenging situations.
β’ You will integrate AI tools into your development workflow wherever they can add value.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in project-based roles β whether as a freelancer or a member of a project team in dynamic client and requirement settings.
β’ A strong foundation in web technologies and related tools β from build tools and CI/CD to REST APIs, as well as relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), and frameworks like Spring Boot.
β’ A genuine full-stack mindset encompassing frontend, backend, DevOps, and observability.
β’ Experience with TypeScript and either Angular or React.js on the frontend.
β’ Proficiency in at least one additional statically typed language β preferably Kotlin or Java.
β’ DevOps experience: you understand how to deploy software to production and maintain its stability.
β’ Familiarity with scripting languages such as Ruby or Python is a plus.
β’ Bonus: experience in app development with React Native or Flutter.
β’ You have actively engaged with AI in software development.
β’ Experience in fully remote work environments.
β’ You communicate effectively, actively listen, and do not rely solely on tickets.
β’ Fluent in German and possess good English language skills.
