Senior Fullstack Developer, TYPO3 Expertise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Become a member of our vibrant team within the central division of the WBS GROUP and contribute to the evolution of digital education!

• Create and enhance TYPO3 projects as a comprehensive full-stack solution (Extbase/Fluid & frontend components).

• Develop custom extensions and integrate external interfaces (APIs, import/export).

• Implement modern, accessible, and responsive user interfaces grounded in technical concepts and designs.

• Maintain and improve existing systems, including refactoring, performance optimization, and debugging across the entire stack.

• Oversee deployment processes.

• Ensure code quality through testing (PHPUnit, Cypress), code reviews, and thorough documentation.

• Collaborate closely with the team to technically design new features.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are located in Germany or Austria and possess excellent German language skills (at least C1).

• You have several years of experience in TYPO3 development as a full-stack developer.

• Strong proficiency in PHP along with Extbase and Fluid.

• Confident experience with MySQL/MariaDB.

• Familiar with Git-based workflows, preferably GitLab.

• Knowledge of deployment processes and local development environments.

• Good understanding of HTML, SCSS/CSS, and core JavaScript technologies.

• Experience with Bootstrap for creating responsive frontends.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as PHPUnit and ideally Cypress.

• A solid grasp of performance, code quality, and clean software architecture.
