Senior Fullstack Developer, Python and React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance web and mobile applications, focusing on frontend, backend, and integrations.

• Develop, maintain, and integrate APIs, services, and reusable components.

• Utilize JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, and React Native in your work.

• Engage in Scrum ceremonies, including Planning, Daily Standups, Refinement, and Retrospectives.

• Participate in technical decision-making related to architecture, coding standards, testing, and best practices.

• Conduct code reviews, manage pull requests, and help resolve Git conflicts.

• Work with both relational and non-relational databases as well as caching solutions.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with Docker, cloud environments, and application deployments.

• Troubleshoot bugs, suggest performance enhancements, and support application upkeep.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members as necessary while remaining actively involved in development tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express or NestJS.

• Experience with React, including Hooks and state management techniques.

• Strong proficiency in Python, ideally with FastAPI or Flask frameworks.

• Background in mobile development using React Native.

• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Experience with non-relational databases like MongoDB or other NoSQL solutions.

• Understanding of caching mechanisms using Redis.

• Proficient with Git, including pull requests, conflict resolution, and version control best practices.

• Experience using Docker, including Dockerfile and docker-compose.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably utilizing GitHub Actions.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Pytest, TDD, and coverage tools.

• Knowledge of AWS services, particularly EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFront.

• Experience working in agile environments and participating in Scrum ceremonies.

• Strong communication, organization, autonomy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
