• Design, develop, and enhance complex software solutions.

• Significant experience in Full Stack Software Development.

• Strong backend development skills utilizing Java.

• Solid expertise in creating modern frontend applications with React.

• Proven track record in designing and developing REST APIs and microservices architectures.

• Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with integrating legacy systems and enterprise applications.

• Practical experience in Azure and/or OpenShift environments.

• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery automation.

• Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.

• Advanced English proficiency for daily communication.

• Nice to Have

• Experience with additional backend technologies such as Node.js or Python.

• Experience in designing and implementing distributed systems.

• Knowledge of AI-driven automation solutions and workflow optimization.

• Previous experience serving as a technical lead, mentor, or reference for development teams.

• Active involvement in technical communities, conferences, or knowledge-sharing initiatives.
