This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement the headless frontend for the EASY e-commerce platform and various websites/portals (corporate sites + “My Account”).
• Integrate REST APIs, BFFs, and microservices/SCS.
• Ensure compliance with the WEG design system (componentization, visual coherence, and responsiveness).
• Create and manage automated tests (unit, integration, and E2E) for the frontend.
• Collaborate with architecture teams (frontend, solution, and integration) to establish micro-frontend patterns, BFFs, and best practices.
• Assist in frontend observability (structured logging, metrics, tracing, and error/performance dashboards).
• Work closely with SAP, backend, UX/UI teams, and business stakeholders in an agile framework (Scrum/Kanban).
• Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation (PT/EN) and facilitate knowledge transfer to teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in frontend development for complex web applications.
• Demonstrated experience with headless projects.
• Strong expertise in React, integrations, and APIs.
• Proficient in REST APIs (consumption, pagination, authentication, versioning).
• Experience integrating with API gateways (e.g., Kong) and identity providers (OAuth2/OpenID Connect, Keycloak).
• Familiarity with automated testing:
• Unit tests (Jest, Testing Library, Karma/Jasmine, etc.)
• Integration tests.
• E2E tests (Cypress, Playwright, Protractor, or similar).
• Tools, DevOps, and workflow:
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Feature flags, incremental releases, and support for multiple environments (dev/qa/stage/prod).
• Basic container knowledge (Docker) sufficient for running and debugging the frontend in containerized environments.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce UX practices (search, catalog navigation, filters/facets, checkout, “My Account”).
• Emphasis on accessibility, responsiveness, and a mobile-first approach.
• Experience with i18n and l10n: multi-language, multi-currency, and regional formats (dates, numbers, etc.), crucial for the company’s global operations.
