Senior Fullstack Developer – Focus on Web Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Operate independently on comprehensive development (frontend and backend)

• Engage actively in technical and architectural decision-making

• Establish coding standards and development best practices

• Conduct code reviews and participate in pair programming sessions

• Create user interfaces utilizing React and TypeScript

• Develop and enhance backend services using Node.js and TypeScript

• Work with MongoDB and Neo4j (or similar graph databases)

• Collaborate with product, UX, and data teams

• Address complex and ambiguous challenges

• Contribute to initiatives related to AI, automation, and innovation

• Demonstrated experience as a Fullstack Developer

• Strong expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript

• Familiarity with MongoDB

• Experience with Neo4j or graph databases

• Knowledge of architecture, performance, and code quality

• Capacity to work independently and a mindset of ownership

• Collaborative nature with a focus on team development

• Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous issues

• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
