This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in development initiatives;
• Design and uphold frontend (Next.js) and backend (NestJS) functionalities;
• Conduct system tests to verify responsiveness and efficiency;
• Guarantee optimal application performance and user experience;
• Resolve bugs and implement enhancements in existing systems;
• Produce technical documentation;
• Develop web pages and their associated applications;
• Create endpoints for resource access;
• Ensure optimal application performance and user experience;
• Participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards;
• Write unit, integration, and E2E tests;
• Collaborate with the team on architectural advancements and addressing technical debt;
• Monitor the health of applications.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or a related discipline;
• Proficiency in Next.js, React, Material-UI, and both consuming and contributing to Design Systems;
• Familiarity with Jest and Testing Library for unit testing;
• Understanding of Cypress for E2E testing;
• Knowledge of NestJS, Node.js, MongoDB, REST API integration, and JWT-based authentication;
• Experience with Infrastructure & DevOps, AWS, Docker, and CI/CD practices;
• Proficient in Git;
• Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban);
• Familiar with daily code review practices;
• Embraces DevOps culture.
• Considered a plus: Experience with agile methodologies; background in the education sector; familiarity with headless CMS; knowledge of Terraform; understanding of Elastic APM / Elastic Stack (frontend and backend observability); experience with multi-tenant / multi-brand architecture.
