⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German (both written and spoken) at a minimum C1 level; proficiency in English is advantageous.

• Possess a degree in information technology such as Computer Science or Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.

• Demonstrated experience in both frontend and backend development.

• Proven track record in software development projects.

• Ideally, have experience in the banking or insurance sector, or a strong interest in these fields.

• Familiarity with a broad technology stack including Spring Boot, Angular, and Docker/OpenShift, along with other modern software development technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of software design and architecture principles.

• Experience with contemporary methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and continuous integration/delivery.

• A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to sharing knowledge and experience.
