This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You create tailored solutions in document management and process automation, utilizing both backend (Java) and frontend (modern web technologies).

• Part of your daily tasks involves working with applications that digitally represent business processes and assist specialized departments in their everyday activities.

• You craft high-performance, user-friendly interfaces for intricate business applications—not just basic click-throughs, but effective work tools.

• You participate in the full development lifecycle—from gathering requirements to architecture, development, and implementation.

• Integrating frontend and backend into cohesive, scalable end-to-end solutions is a key aspect of your work.

• You approach projects with an end-to-end mindset, ensuring seamless interaction between data, documents, and workflows.

• Your work spans projects with considerable domain expertise, such as in public administration, financial services, or other regulated sectors.

• After the handover, you stay engaged and continue to evolve solutions alongside the client.

• You have a keen interest in topics like process automation, workflows, or document-centric applications.

• Extensive experience in Java development (e.g., Spring / Spring Boot) sets you apart.

• You possess strong knowledge of modern frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue).

• You are familiar with relational databases.

• A flexible team player, you enjoy tackling complex challenges.

• You communicate confidently in German and possess good English communication skills.
