Senior Fullstack Developer, AIR Automations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain comprehensive features across both the frontend and backend.

• Work closely with product and design teams to convert user requirements into technical solutions.

• Produce clean, efficient, and thoroughly documented code.

• Integrate our product with various internal and external APIs and services.

• Contribute to architectural decisions, scalability considerations, and performance enhancements.

• Engage in code reviews to uphold quality standards and best practices.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and swiftly resolve issues.

• Enhance applications for performance, usability, and scalability.

• Remain informed about emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.

• Continuously refine development processes and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a comparable position.

• Strong engineering and architectural capabilities with the ability to create reliable solutions.

• Emphasis on customer-focused delivery with a solid understanding of user needs and requirements.

• Profound knowledge of both backend and frontend development.

• Expertise in various programming languages (such as TypeScript, Kotlin, Java, Python).

• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (like AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker or Kubernetes).

• Proficient in version control systems (for instance, Git).

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (including Jest, Vitest, and Playwright).

• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

• Experience in developing AI agents.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
