Senior Fullstack Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on client projects from our offices utilizing a team delivery approach.

• Engage in greenfield initiatives for startups or assist in developing systems for large enterprise clients.

• Act as an embedded craftsperson within client development to enhance their software development practices.

• Facilitate the adoption of Craftsmanship values in organizations through coaching and mentoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

• Over 8 years of experience with at least one of the following languages: Java, C#, Python, Ruby, Clojure, Scala, Kotlin, JavaScript, or PHP, along with its build system.

• Comfortable working with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

• Understanding of multi-layer application design concepts.

• Quality-focused: adhere to best practices, testing (preferably TDD), pair programming, continuous integration/deployment, Agile methodologies, and SOLID principles.

• Experience in mentoring team members or leading a project/team.
