Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, Brazil

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable backend microservices, which include essential components of the Chat Platform.

• Develop, deploy, and enhance UI services and conversational interfaces for remittance solutions.

• Create and oversee infrastructure capable of managing millions of daily requests with real-time messaging functionalities.

• Build backend services utilizing industry best practices and Google Cloud services.

• Guide junior developers and enforce best practices across the team.

• Collaborate effectively with product, UX/UI, and business teams.

• Leverage customer feedback and analytics to enhance conversational experiences and optimize chatbot performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated capability to build, launch, and iterate on software applications with a focus on real-world results.

• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.

• Experience with web services, including SOAP and REST APIs.

• Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and Gradual Rollouts.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, or related technologies.

• A strong desire to create products that have a positive impact on millions.

• Dedication to ongoing learning and the exploration of new technologies.

• Ability to excel in a collaborative setting and contribute innovative ideas.

• Excellent skills in prioritization.

• Curiosity or experience in Fintech is a plus.

• Proficient or advanced English language skills.
