Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions with a builder mindset and a focus on the product.

• Take charge of the technical design and implementation of intricate, user-facing Calendar features throughout the entire stack, from concept to deployment.

• Collaborate with the Product team to grasp customer requirements, outline forthcoming features, and proactively identify issues before they impact users.

• Utilize Ruby on Rails or Python to construct across the full stack and deliver clean, scalable code.

• Set engineering standards, component architectures, and best practices for development.

• Provide mentorship to fellow engineers.

• Manage uncertainty and produce high-quality products efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of senior-level full-stack engineering experience, with extensive, hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails.

• Demonstrated history of transforming ambiguous and complex challenges into reliable production systems serving millions of users.

• Strong, production-tested experience with Ember.js or React and their associated ecosystems.

• Solid design and judgment skills in areas such as APIs, SQL, multi-platform distributed systems, observability, and reliability.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, especially when working with remote teams via GitHub, Slack, Notion, and Zoom.

• Advanced, hands-on proficiency with AI coding tools like Cursor, Codex, and Claude Code.

• High level of ownership regarding quality, reliability, and operational excellence throughout the process.

• Bonus: Experience with web application security and compliance with PCI or HIPAA regulations.

• Bonus: Experience in production troubleshooting and infrastructure management using Docker, MySQL, Postgres, Redis, NGINX, AWS, Linux, Terraform/Ansible.
