Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable backend microservices, including the core elements of the Chat Platform.

• Create, deploy, and enhance UI services and conversational interfaces related to remittance services.

• Architect and oversee infrastructure capable of managing millions of daily requests with real-time messaging functionality.

• Build backend services utilizing industry best practices and Google Cloud services.

• Guide junior developers and enforce best practices.

• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and business teams.

• Leverage customer feedback and analytics to enhance conversational experiences and the effectiveness of chatbots.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated ability to develop, launch, and improve software applications with a focus on real-world impact.

• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

• Experience with web services, including SOAP and REST APIs.

• Understanding of architectural patterns such as Hexagonal Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and Gradual Rollouts.

• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar technologies.

• Passion for creating products that have a positive effect on millions.

• Dedication to ongoing learning and exploring new technologies.

• Ability to excel in a collaborative setting and actively contribute innovative ideas.

• Exceptional prioritization abilities.

• Curiosity and/or experience in Fintech is a plus (equivalent skills will also be considered).

• Fluent or advanced proficiency in English.

• Back-end technologies: Python, Flask/FastAPI, REST APIs, Redis, SQL, gRPC.

• Front-end technologies: React, HTTP, HTML/DOM, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX.

• Mobile technologies: React Native.

• Cloud technologies: Google Cloud services, including Firestore, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Google Artifact Registry, Cloud Run, BigQuery, and Cloud Composer.

• Infrastructure tools: Kubernetes, Terraform, NewRelic, PagerDuty.
