Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable backend microservices, which include essential components of the Chat Platform.

• Develop, deploy, and enhance UI services and conversational interfaces for remittance solutions.

• Create and oversee infrastructure capable of managing millions of daily requests along with real-time messaging capabilities.

• Build backend services utilizing industry standards and services from Google Cloud.

• Mentor junior developers and promote adherence to best practices.

• Work collaboratively with product, UX/UI, and business teams.

• Leverage customer feedback and analytics to enhance conversational experiences and the effectiveness of chatbots.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated ability to create, launch, and refine software applications with a focus on real-world impact.

• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.

• Experience with web services, including SOAP and REST APIs.

• Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and Gradual Rollouts.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, or comparable technologies.

• A passion for developing products that have a positive impact on millions.

• Dedication to ongoing learning and the exploration of new technologies.

• Ability to excel in a collaborative setting and actively contribute innovative ideas.

• Strong prioritization abilities.

• Curiosity and/or experience in the Fintech sector is a plus.

• Proficiency in English at a fluent or advanced level.

• Equivalent skills in the specified technology areas will also be taken into account.
