Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and sustain the backend code that supports features utilized by our 5 million users

• Engage in backend development using Typescript

• Actively participate in code reviews and various team activities

• Provide technical guidance and help steer the team's overall technical direction

• Mentor and collaborate with fellow engineers on a regular basis

• Collaborate closely with our PM and design teams to establish feature specifications and create products utilizing frameworks such as React.js & React Native

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field. Other disciplines will be considered alongside relevant experience and/or training.

• Over 4 years of software engineering experience in developing full stack applications

• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and strong problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to JavaScript, Java, Python, C/C++, or Go

• Familiarity with a modern UI framework for building user-centered interfaces

• Strong communication skills, a positive demeanor, and the capability to provide and accept constructive feedback.

• Knowledge of monitoring and metric tools.

• Experience in an Agile development setting.

• Ability to discuss and clarify system architecture and component design.

• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a team.
