Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Play a key role as a senior full-stack engineer within a team of motivated software developers.

• Design, develop, and sustain essential systems throughout the entire stack, from scalable backend services to efficient, user-friendly front-end applications.

• Convert intricate and ambiguously defined business challenges into clear, actionable technical solutions.

• Advocate for clean architecture, component reusability, and maintainable UI patterns using contemporary frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, or similar).

• Propel innovation through experimentation while upholding strong engineering standards in testing, CI/CD, observability, and code quality.

• Continuously enhance the developer experience by minimizing technical debt, automating workflows, and documenting key decisions and operational processes.

• Function effectively in an asynchronous, results-driven environment, managing your work independently and ensuring clear communication through documentation and structured updates.

• Contribute to streamlined project management by setting milestones, confirming technical feasibility, and aligning engineering efforts with product objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in writing maintainable, reusable, and testable code in TypeScript, with strong capabilities in both front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, NestJS, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of API design, data modeling, and system integration (RESTful or GraphQL).

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of features from start to finish, encompassing UX, architecture, deployment, and monitoring.

• A practical, product-oriented mindset that harmonizes technical excellence with delivering customer value.

• Curiosity and proactivity in exploring new tools and methodologies that enhance product quality and engineering efficiency.

• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
