Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, AI-Driven Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and create scalable Full Stack features for the AI biomanufacturing platform.

• Take ownership of product functionality from architecture through to production deployment.

• Develop and sustain backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.

• Work collaboratively with ML Scientists and Data Engineers to incorporate AI capabilities into the platform.

• Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, and comprehensive technical documentation.

• Guide Junior engineers and contribute to the establishment of engineering best practices.

• Engage directly with pharmaceutical clients and domain specialists to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Enhance platform reliability, scalability, and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional Full Stack software engineering experience.

• Strong expertise in Python or TypeScript for backend development.

• Experience in frontend development and familiarity with modern web technologies.

• Solid understanding of relational databases, API design, and distributed systems.

• Proven experience in delivering production-grade software with an emphasis on scalability and reliability.

• Good grasp of software architecture and engineering best practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Ability to take ownership from problem identification to solution execution.

• Experience in regulated industries such as GxP, GMP, or HIPAA environments is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or LLM-powered products is a plus.

• A background in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biomanufacturing sectors is beneficial.

• Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation is a plus.
