Senior Full Stack Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist NCIA in NATO Programmes of Work alongside CDT, focusing on software development for digital innovation and technology implementations.

• Create advanced application functionalities tailored for analysts.

• Construct full-stack integrations with AI-powered backend services.

• Utilize effective software design methodologies to guarantee transparent, auditable, and manageable analytical processes.

• Provide deployment-ready solutions that are suitable for restricted and secure environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive full stack development experience at a senior level, with a minimum of 8 years in the field.

• Comprehensive knowledge of frontend technologies (Vue.js, React, Astro) and backend frameworks (Python, FastAPI).

• Established experience in integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and data services.

• Hands-on experience in integrating AI and LLM-based services.

• Experience in designing and implementing workflows aimed at analysts.

• Capability to work independently at a senior level.
