Senior Full Stack Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and implement enhancements to the codebase that facilitate rapid development and safe deployment for both humans and AI agents.

• Collaborate with a team of senior engineers in a low-process environment that emphasizes trust and autonomy.

• Lead decisions and achieve consensus asynchronously through detailed documentation and specifications.

• Develop new features comprehensively — from user experience to database. Deliver quickly, learn rapidly, and iterate.

• Design scalable solutions and foundational patterns that enable efficient launches of new partner experiences.

• Engage directly with Product Managers and business partners to define and refine our strategic roadmap. Your insights and technical vision are valued.

• Work alongside a diverse group of individuals, providing and receiving constructive feedback to foster growth.

• An innate eagerness to confidently explore an unfamiliar codebase and produce results swiftly.

• Strong product-oriented mindset — your understanding of quality and architecture is rooted in customer experience rather than mere technical sophistication.

• The capability to guide AI agents and automated processes to develop and maintain complex systems, along with the discernment to know when to intervene and when to allow autonomy.

• Experience in designing the frameworks and feedback mechanisms that ensure AI-assisted development is both productive and reliable.

• Experience with, or a strong willingness to master, distributed system development using Scala.

• The ability to explain not only how you would tackle a problem but also why, and what trade-offs you are making.
