Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create .NET Core solutions utilizing WPF, ASP .NET Core (Web API/MVC, Minimal APIs), and associated technologies.

• Convert high-level product requirements into comprehensive technical designs and implementation strategies.

• Develop robust unit and integration tests (MSTest, NUnit/xUnit) and utilize Docker/TestContainers for dependable testing.

• Work collaboratively with PMs, QA, DevOps, and occasionally customers to evaluate designs, demonstrate progress, and iterate swiftly.

• Ensure code quality, maintain clear documentation, and manage version control using Git/Azure DevOps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in C# / .NET Core.

• More than 5 years of experience delivering production-grade applications.

• A degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.

• Proficient in WPF and ASP .NET Core (Web API, MVC, Minimal APIs).

• Experience with Blazor: WebAssembly/Server components.

• Familiarity with Entity Framework Core: ORM usage, migrations, and efficient data access.

• Strong background in MSTest (or NUnit/xUnit) and crafting reliable automated tests.

• Expertise in async/await and task-based programming patterns.

• A strong dedication to producing high-quality code.

• Ability to independently navigate vague specifications from design through to delivery with minimal oversight.
