Senior Backend Developer, Golang/Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• You will actively participate in the design, development, and evolution of critical backend services, engaging in complex integrations with third parties while ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and observability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced English B2 Upper (mandatory): you will be working in an international environment.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Backend development.

• Advanced experience in Golang (mandatory) and Python.

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles, clean architecture, and design patterns.

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs, as well as integrating third-party services.

• Good management of relational databases and knowledge of NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).

• Ability to write efficient queries.

• Understanding of indexes, performance, and the use of ORMs such as SQLAlchemy in production environments.

• Experience working with AWS, particularly with services like: Lambda, S3, IAM, EC2 (among others).

• Practical knowledge of observability: Logging, metrics, alerts, and monitoring.

• Experience working in collaborative teams, with CI/CD and agile methodologies.

• Analytical and problem-solving profile, with a pragmatic mindset and the ability to make decisions and trade-offs in real scenarios.

• Location: Latin America, France, or Spain with the ability to work in sync with Central European Time (CET/CEST – UTC+1/UTC+2).
