Senior Full-Stack Machine Learning Engineer – GenAI, Agentic Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of AI functionalities, encompassing model development, backend systems, APIs, UI integration, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing iterations in a production environment.

• Address intricate challenges using AI/ML: Design and create new AI-driven products that align with the product roadmap, including agentic AI solutions that manage LLMs, tools, and workflows to autonomously resolve multi-step problems.

• Execute the ML lifecycle—from data engineering and model creation to cloud deployment, integrations, and operationalization, including MLOps practices.

• Streamline the production of comprehensive AI/ML solutions: Convert emerging technologies such as GenAI and agentic AI architectures into innovative and practical solutions that enhance customer experiences.

• Align with the Product Strategy: Rapidly develop proof of concepts to showcase and validate potential solutions in line with our product strategy.

• Enhance model and system performance: Fine-tune and optimize training and inference performance, factoring in latency, cost, and reliability trade-offs within agent-based and LLM-driven systems.

• Broader collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to showcase and validate the impact of ML innovations prior to their integration into the product ecosystem.

• Research-oriented: Remain informed about state-of-the-art developments and industry trends in AI/ML, with a keen awareness of advancements in agentic systems, autonomous workflows, and multi-agent architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in AI/ML or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in building software or AI systems, including 1–3 years of experience working with LLMs, generative AI, or AI agent architectures.
